Help!!!!!

I Need immediat help! My goregouse sebrite bantams arent brooding there 12 eggs! any way to make em brood? ive tried every thing! ive physically even put them in the nest with the eggs and she flies right out!

plees tell me if i need another species of hen to brood them or what? i hope u can help so i cn hav som baby bantis!

you cant make a hen brood, either she is or she isnt, and sometimes they arent very good mamas, like they dont stay on the nest. You might just have to incubate them........... Game hens are very good brooders and mothers once they go broody.

You can make an incubator out of an old cooler. Go to the incubator section of the forum and look for the gopher bator. Mine looks very similar.

My golden sebright hen began laying last year and she has never gone broody. My understanding is that sebrights are not the broody type anyway. An incubator is the way to go. Best wishes!
