I have a chicken whoms waddles and comb is a deep red almost dark purple and is just laying around i was wondering what it could be

First, please change the title of your post to better describe the problem. This will bring more qualified responses than the generic title 'Help".

This situation is likely very urgent - the bird may be having heart failure.

Please also provide all other details you possibly can - age of bird, how long it's been in your care, diet, etc etc. Photos would be good too, if possible. Also, when did the problem begin? Any possibility of getting this bird to an avian vet?
