HELP !!!!!!!!!

my hens are free range and one had chicks but the dog killed one

this dog has been looking

at the hens lately an idea would be helpful

a spay bottle or bb gun and try to not let the dog see you everytime he looks at the chicks/chickens in any fashion you deem unsafe pop him a good one. Paint ball guns work also If you use a bb gun I suggest the 23 dollar version from walmart as it cant even puncture a can.

Do you have a run where you can put them in until they're bigger? Work with your dog - it will take time and consistency.

get a pellet gun or paintball gun and wack him everytime he does something you dont like.
