Ducklings arrived early (15 of 'em) and I'm at a loss. They've been fed some non-medicated starter, but I'm not sure what to do next. No heat lamp either, IIRC.

I'm not exactly sure of what to do but if they don't have their feathers in yet then they need to be kept warm.

K, we've set'em up in a makeshift brooder with food and water, but no heat lamp. Looking for one tho.
