New at hatching eggs<my eggs are at 18 days which i have picked up as lock down stage .my incubator is home made but have kept humidty at46-55 until know which it is 70%.I have had temp jump between 78.8 to101 but most of time at around 90 woul this effect hatching alot also i have noticed a smell,bad egg do i try locate and remove or leave and let go full term.have noticed some like brown crystalised bits sticking on eggs any help would be great.

If I read that correctly 90 degrees as the average that is way too low. You want it to be right around 99.5-100. It may not harm them but it will take longer for them to hatch than the usual 21-22 days. As far as the odor it is likely a bad egg and should be removed. You can make a candler out of a flashlight and your hand so that the light goes through the egg. do this in a very dark room and you will be able to tell which one is the bad one or if the entire batch is no good I would recommend doing that asap.
