im no expert by a long shot but what you do is go up at the top of the page and click on upload and that is where you download your pictures and store them. then you can download them to a post from there .. hope that helps.. some can give you alot more info than i can

You can upload them to a free hosting site like Photobucket.. and then copy and paste the img. link into your post here.
