what do i do if i left to some where and my light bulb got un pulged and my eggs where at 66.4 farinhit

It's hard to know exactly, but it is very possible that the eggs are fine.

They have a mass that retains heat for a while. I would resume incubation if you have any time on the eggs at all.

We have had broody birds leave the nest for what seems like hours and hours each day, but somehow they hatch.

My homemade incubator has two bulbs and has a bit of protection. At least one should remain on, until I can replace the other.
 
thank you i feel better by your writen words . i have a bulb that kepts the temp. perfect. but it got un pluged but thanks
