He's still breathing and is now pushing on the shell above his beak. When would I know to help him out cause he's having trouble moving cause of his position in the shell?

if he is bleeding he isnt ready, re read the assist article and understand what he is doing in there.

Ok just nervous is all. He's my only chick that has made it this far! but there's still one question. He try's to chirp but no sound comes from him. Could there be a problem? And the veins are almost dried up I'm going to give him a few more hours.

when they are absorbing and acclimating lungs it could take up to 24 hrs +
They will open and close their mouth and they will sorta move like jerky little pecks,,,,like they would inside the shell, its just acclimating and I dont think its ready! he will chirp and surely let you know he is ready... you have an updated pic?

No, but I think he may have passed away. he quit gaping and moving I think the condisation from the huidity and the rag wrapped around him drowned him. But I'm not sure he might just be resting. Ugh I have no luck at all.

Durr please dont blame yourself! You are now armed with the knowledge and basics so you can move on and read more and have a successful hatch!
