One of my babies died. The other duck is very sad won't eat and just sits there ?! Will be die from sadness ?! Help please ASAP!

It could be loneliness, or it could be something in the environment that also affected your other duckling.
Get an unbreakable mirror, and a stuffed toy to keep the little company until you can either find it another friend or friends its size or find a new home.
