First time ever taking care of an egg and was wondering if this set up is ok

Don't think it's a good set up! The light could easily fall and set fire to the blankets. Also you need to turn the egg several times a day in the beginning, you need a certain temperature and humidity to foster good development of the chick in the egg. Of course the egg needs to be a fertile one or it will never develop into a chick.
