Help!

Hi there all!
I have recently acquired two embden geese male and female.
Now for my question; if I use artificial light will they lay? Is there' laying season over with ? And if artificial Light works, what hours and would a Solar powered LED light work? I currently have one and they are bright . I got her and she was sat on eggs but unfortunately she won't sit to where I have moved her.
Any help is appreciated.

Geese laying and mating season is mostly over for this season, I really wouldn't use artificial light because they need to rest their bodies from laying and get ready for molt. I feel it throws their systems out of whack to use artificial lights on them.
