HELP!

I had a chick hatch with a little yolk and blood and he has some guts coming out were his umbilical stump should be! What should I do he peeps just fine and walks around, is there a way I can save him

If it is just the remnants of the yolk sac, slathering with antibiotic ointment or Iodine may help. If intestines are protruding, the humane thing would be to kill the chick.
