HELP!!

I have 4 RIR. 2 are ready to lay, and 2 are not. My question is, can I put them all on laying crumbs or do I have to still feed the other 2 the grower feed? I've had them for 9 weeks, and was told they were 10-12 weeks when I bought them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All can be put on layer feed with no consequences.

You should be putting them on layer ration 2 weeks before they are ready to start laying. So, for most chickens, that would be at 17-18 weeks. You're good to go!
