Help!

So recently my neighbor bought a rooster to eat. He told me if I could hold it for two day until his sister came to eat it and kill it. I put it in with my 3 hen who peck the poor guy, but then I notice that he would mount my oldest hen, who recently came out of her broodiness. Then he force my 5 month easter egger to mate,as well as my little partridge silkie, who is extremely small. I separated him until he was taken away. I know he only mated with my easter and silkie once, but I know he mated over 5 times with my production red. Do you think all my hens will lay fertile egg? My easter and silkie have never layed an egg.

If the mating was successful the hen could lay fertile eggs for 3-4 weeks. If you want to check the fertility crack an egg open on a plate and look for the little "bullseye" in the yolk:

I have tested what sumi says, I was hatching eggs that were laid three weeks after the rooster was gone.
