I candled my eggs yesterday , 13 all good but alas we lost power last night eggs temp dropped to 27c .will they be ok .temp down for about 1.5 hours

They should be fine, some people actually do periodic cooling on purpose... Brinsea has a good article on it with a link to the original research paper.
