Ok so I have a silver laced Plymouth and she is now sitting on the other hens eggs and when I open the nesting box she makes a growling noise and poofs her feathers and occasionally strikes at me. She is losing stomach feathers and runs her wings across the ground with her feather spoofed constantly growling at the other girls ( no roosters) please help

She is what is called broody. She is trying to hatch an egg. They pull chest feathers out so their body heat transfers to the eggs they are sitting on better. There are several approaches to try and break a broody hen. Search broody under the egg laying and behaviors section. Good luck.
