The chick has absorbed its yolk so has at least two to three days worth of food and water in its belly so don't fret too much about the eating and drinking just yet. If it's weak, it may just need some time to collect its energy and wits.
You say it can't walk....are its legs and feet properly formed and aligned? Spraddle leg is very common in hatchlings and it prevents their ability to walk but is very easily fixed.....do a google search for 'spraddle leg' and you'll find loads of info and pics to help you decide if it needs help and if so, how to do it. It is well worth the effort as most chicks are fixed and normal again within 24 to 48 hours.
If you are worried about the weakness, can you get some Nutridrops/drench form the feed store? This is LIQUID nutrition so does not require full digestion, it's more of an instant boost and has certainly been a lifesaver to weak chicks for me. It is so much easier than trying to force food into them....you just drip it along the side of their beak and they automatically swallow it down. It takes no more than a drop a day too so no prolonged efforts at trying to get 'enough' in to make a difference.
