Does anyone have any idea what this is? Its on the tip of my goose's beak

It kind of looks like my thumbnail after I've accidentally hit it with a hammer! So, maybe she hit it against something hard or it got smashed or pinched in something...IDK. It sure reminds me of the bruise you get in your nail bed after it's experienced some trauma. When you touch it or lightly squeeze it, does she respond like it's painful? Any drainage from it? Is she still eating/drinking like normal? Just some questions that might make it easier for people to help you diagnosis exactly what it is and how to treat it...but that's up to you, of course. Hope she's OK.
