Help!

My one and a half year old hen has an issue with one of her legs. The leg is limp and she is not able to move. Is there anyway to help her with this?
 
Welcome to BYC. So one leg is limp, as in paralyzed, not limping on it? Are there any other symptoms, such as diarrhea, pale comb, any change in appetite? Mareks disease comes to mind with paralysis of one leg. Is the leg swollen or red from toes to the hip? Hopefully it is not Mareks, but here are some links to read, and the Mareks Faq contains a section on lookalike diseases:
