I would say that all four of these Buff Orpingtons are roosters

And you have a much more experienced eye than I do.

I would say that all four of these Buff Orpingtons are roosters. #1 is not as obvious, but I think I see some thinner, shinier saddle feathers near the tail. #2 and #3 show more saddle feathers. #4 has dark oranger coloring on the wing bows, the beginnings of saddle feathers, and some pointier neck feathers.
