Breed? Gender? Abou 7 months not laying

Looks like an Easter Egger pullet. (A mix that is bred to hopefully lay blue/green eggs.) Not much comb development/color so may be spring until she starts laying.

Both look like Easter Eggers - top bird is a pullet, bottom bird is a cockerel.

The barred bird (third pictured) also appears to be bearded which would point to being an EE or at least a mixed breed that involves a bearded parent (Ameraucana, Araucana, etc) - and looks to be a pullet.

The one that is pictured that is cockerel he isnt crowing or mating he is about 5 months ! When will he start???

These two are laying so maybe the breed?
