    when I separate the males from the females can I keep all males together in same cage .and second is they will be able to see the females but not close to touch .is this bad

    Generally, yes you can keep all males in one cage and all females in another. Usually there is no troubles. BUT...they can't see each other as this will cause them both to become aggressive toward each other. So far apart. They can hear but cant see method.

    Always watch however that you don't have one very aggressive female or male in either cage. And never crowd them in too tightly. Make sure you have plenty of places to drink and eat so there is no competition.
