HELP

i have just introduced all of my chickens together and when they were getting introduced my one chicken was trying to puff up and then she couldn't stand up straight and then it seemed like her wing just fell down and she couldn't control it. I also felt a bump in her neck. what could be wrong? I am very worried

We could use a little more information, such as how old are the chickens, is the bump soft or firm, is she sitting on her hocks, or does she have a paralyzed leg. Were they vaccinated for Mareks? Is there any diarrhea. Can you get some vitamin/electrolytes to add to their water?
