I freaked out as it is my first time hatching eggs and I thought this one was piped for over 24 hours and I called my husband to check and told him to help it. He helped it out (which I am learning it probably wasn’t cracked like I thought according to him) so now it is just sitting in the incubator at home and my husband sent me a picture of it. It is chirping and moving it’s head but will it most likely die due to blood loss? It is the last one in the incubator left to hatch. It was 21 days today.

Aww. Yeah never help a chick hatch. Some take 48 hrs to hatch. We may think they are 21 days but it doesn’t hurt to let em keep incubating past 21 days. I don’t know if it will survive but I would still be hopeful but definitely don’t help more chicks in the future, they all know what to do.
