Judging by the colore I think its a girl but I cannot be positive yet. I'm justexcited that I know I can hatch goose eggs

Well I cooled them and misted them like you are supposed to do. I just heard they are a booger to hatch. Now I know I possess that skill. I have hatched chickens, ducks, call ducks, quail and geese. I'm a hatching fool lol.

Thanks East I think it was FTT. The others ones are fit as a fiddle, messy as ever and very playful. I just think there was something wrong with that chick. I am down to 4 babies now and 3 butters in the bator.

Well I have two more goose eggs with big ole pips. One may be zipping but I'm not sure. The pip is close to the bottom of the egg but the shell is sticking out quite a bit from the egg. I am gonna go run some water in the tub and let my ducky babies swim some.

I am mad as hell. Me and DH were outside taking care of the chickens when we heard a shotgun fire and pellets pelted my trees in my backyard. There is a vacant 25 acres behind me. Well I called the sheriff's office and told them someone was firing towards my house but I did not feel they were shooting at me, just not paying attention where they were shooting. Well In my opinion I felt that they didnt respond fast enough sooooooooooo me being me, DH and I went to confront them. There were 4 big old guys standing there with shotguns. I jumped out unarmed and started yelling at them. They denied shooting my way. Well to make a long story short, after I got finished ripping them a "new one", three city officers showed up, two of which I used to work with. Then three deputies showed up which I knew all of them. Anyway...the shots have stopped even though the property owner showed up and we got into it. He called DH a liar and I thought Kevin was gonna kill him lol. I got him calmed down and then we left. I told DH that it wasnt so smart to go to a gun fight without even bringing at least a knife
