Hey everyone i'm back!!!
Sonja i agree with everyone... she is being ridiculous! I think you have done the right thing!
Soooo.... guess what everyone! I came home and hubby had checked on my birds last night for me since i was gone. And when i got home today there was a note on my incubator (its in my livingroom

) i walked over and i saw surprise...well i looked inside freaking out thinking there was going to be a pip in my butter eggs... nada! So i scratched my head not understanding why he said surprise. And then i looked at my egg cartons on top where i put my quail eggs when i collect them. And bam... my silkies laid an egg!!

He said he was super excited to hatch some

I told my husband yesterday that I KNEW he loved the ducks and he said he LIKED them, but didn't love them. I told him he was a big 'ol liar.

Weather looks like it could go south here and I need to go to the store. Making Shrimp Gumbo Casserole for dinner and I have to go get shrimp.

Still waiting on A&M to contact my vet........

lol ok i'm glad i'll have a hatch buddy! I'm setting them tonight... probably around 10 or 11... right before i go to bed. She marked them by what pen they came out of. Very nice eggs! I'm totally excited! I thought my incubator was suppose to be here today... if its not delivered i may have to set tomorrow when i get my new incubator. I mean i could put them in my one incubator thats going now to get them started. But my butters are in lockdown. My goose eggs is in there but i think it will be just fine with the higher humidity. I've been spraying it and the call duck eggs. All my butters were good on sat night. I turned them twice before i left and hubby turned them last night and added a little water for me to get humidity up to about 65%. I'm so nervous!!!! lol pinch me ok!

okie dokie! I'll probably set tonight and just get them started till the other incubator will get here. I'll probably try to set some silkie eggs and the delawares and serams this weekend.
