Ady, we need an update on the butters

Well I just got home and checked the butters... They looked a little dry so I sprayed membrane... They have all internally pipped. I up'd humidity to 75%... It was at 67%... I opened them just a bit more so I could see better... I will wait till before bed to do much else... One looked like the yolk may be almost absorbed...

Can you moisten the membrane too much? I know if humidity is too high they can drown but since beaks are all up and out of drowning scare is spraying them with water bad?

I just dip my finger in warm water and dab it on the membranes. I've never used a spray bottle for that, not to say that it can't be done, I've just never done it.

i dont spray right on it but i hold it back so it can get it a little moist... seems to be working quite well! Its one of those teeny tiny ones. Got a better flash light on my quick trip to the store! I'm going to hide this one... my 3 yr old likes these flashlights too much and the good ones are not cheap! lol

Got to love babies lol. Mine are 9 and 6 and they still try to run off with my flashlight....lil stinkers. As long as the bottle is working for you, I'd keep doing it. My butters go into lockdown on the 17th. It's getting close.

lol yea kids are little stinkers!! I'm so excited for you! The one thats yolk is almost ubsorbed i can see him/her pretty well.... SOO pretty
