How does one do "swim therapy" with a duck? Is he ok?

How does one do "swim therapy" with a duck? Is he ok?

I put him in warm water in the bathtub to loosen things up. He's doing pretty good-it's kinda a chronic thing with him which is probably WHY he was for sale-he's a rare color. It's OK, we don't mind taking care of him.
