OK, we're going to TRY to band our ducklings with ABA legbands-that should be fun. I'm SURE they'll be VERY cooperative.
Also gonna try a little integration and see how that goes. Should be an interesting evening here at the farm.

East, are your drakes going through the eclipse? I think I might have to cancel my auction because theirs a bunch of feathers everywhere! Looks like molting time!

They're molting, but not eclipsing. They're just nude. Poor babies. I'm trying to get them to see the bright side of it, though-it's hot so less feathers are better!

I was holding my Black Swedish Crested duck and when I put her back down she waited to go poop!

Even my ducklings are really good about not pooping on me. Bless their little feathered hearts.
