Right now, I have 2 PQ Whites and 2 PQ Grays. They do OK for the most part. There are the occasional upsets, but they'll be getting some girlfriends soon. Any PQ hens that I hatch out will be with them eventually.

Glad your ok duck! We are suppose to see some bad storms today possibly. I no like the big bad storms.....

I've been in two tornadoes and they are scary! One time we were at Myrtle Beach!!! lol on vacation and almost got blown away by a tornado... had to hide in a hotel parking garage! Then once when we lived in Ky. Tornado tore up a few blocks away....
Man i HATE chiggers. Forgot to spray myself last night before i went out to water the garden and now i have chiggers....

On top of a still slighty itchy sun burn! lol i'm going to be scratching and twitching all day!
So i candled my eggs last night. Had to toss a few quail, Del,serama and one of my last two white call eggs. Only have one left developing

Come on baby! She/he's going to be alone!

wonder if i should buy a few more white call eggs

I feel kinda wilty, myself.
My White baby in the incubator is making some progress. She/he has almost absorbed the yolk, so as soon as I'm comfortable with that-I'll finish hatching her/him. So cute.

Morning everyone. I just got back from doing some running around. I had to go to walmart and TSC. My butter baby is doing good this morning. I held him for a while last nite and he went to sleep in my hand. I have a really large pip in one of my BCM eggs that are in lockdown. I hope I at leat get a trio. I may start raising them and my EE's and sell my polish. I hate to get rid of them but I am wanting to go with more dual purpose fowl so I can "take care" of any extra roos and eat healthier. There just isnt much meat on polish and I couldnt eat my polish roo. He is such a good boy and I love him dearly.

Well I am now the proud mommy of a BCM. It just hatched. Still half way in the egg. His head is poking out. He's so wet and cute. Now my butter won't be alone.
