I think she understands the seriousness of her job...she is sitting on precious Call eggs.
I set a BUNCH of Self-Black eggs on April 14th and when I candled yesterday, most of them had blood rings...CRUD and double CRUD. However, the ones I set on March 31st still looked OK, except the last egg that The Queen laid.

Ok, is there something bad about a Porous (sp?) egg? I have about 3/4 or more of them kind of eggs. (Marans eggs)

I've heard they dont hatch but I'm not sure....
