I spoke to soon. Something killed 3 of my baby chicks last night

. Why were predators invented to begin with??!!!

aww sonja i'm sorry you lost your baby chicks! I lost three a few nights ago too. This predator has had TOO many of my birds. Its not an owl now even though i saw the owl this morning

We set a trap last night but nothing!!! My cat was inside last night too so i hope it wasn't her. My cat is pretty tiny so i find it hard to believe she'd take down two of my big welsummer roosters and the silkie rooster. And to top it all off my neighbor that i gave three silkie chicks to 3 weeks ago had two of them end up with WRY neck.... but none of the ones i have or my MIL has are having that issue????? The only difference that i have found is that they were feeding there birds purina medicated feed.... Justme your the silkie lady here... what do you think?? They asked me to take the birds back bc they didn't want to deal with them and i'm home everyday. I am giving him supplements and water about every 2 to 3 hours. He kinda seems more active now since last night. OOOO and i dropped my phone in water last night while checking the trap
