Helpful hints for building coops

picked it up already. I assume carpet ?
I hope the painting get finished soon.
I always hired my daughter to do painting for me.
60F ? I wish.. teens here. 2 to 4 inches of snow coming.
Yesterday I drove 70 miles to meet my sister half way to get
my mom's rocking chair. we had lunch. she surprised me by
bringing my son along. we haven't seen him for five years.
his wife cannot travel because of health issues. he cannot
leave her for long periods of time. It sure was a nice surprise.

Carpet on the floor would just get saturated with clay dust. We are going for laminate.

I like laminate. I put in several rooms of that
back in the day. once I did a 60 ft mobile home
from end to end. that was a challenging job
but it sure looked nice when I got it done.
I also did a few real hardwood floors.
My knees and back wouldn't let me do that anymore.
keep up the good work.
did the electrician come back yet ?

The first electrician wanted $ 2, 700! For a one day job. The other one was very slow getting back to us. This last one is going to come give us a quote soon. I hope he's quick, only 2 weeks or so to Christmas.

It has been many years since I had to hire an
electrician. I have no idea what the rates are
these days.
If he is going to use a ditch witch, I imagine he
will hit a few tree roots along the way.
I dug my trench with the rototiller and
a shovel. no tree roots along the way..

we didn't get any snow from this last batch.
it all went well south of us. our day will come..

Oh yes, remember all of those trees hubby cut down? All of them had plenty of roots i am sure! Plus there are a lot of rocks underground.

Unless you have a tough building code, the trench
doesn't have to be too deep. a good trencher can cut
tree roots off and only a big boulder will deflect it.
I am waiting for my brother to pick me up. we are going
to the VFW to get our Christmas ham.
last night Annie and I went out for blue gill FFF.

Spent a bunch more time today painting. Getting quite tired of it. Luckily, not a whole bunch more to do.
