Nice to have a Fastenal close....I use McMaster-Carr, and I have access to metal machinist.

I use McMaster-Carr too, their fasteners are all made in the USA. I also have a Fastenal near me. Nothing wrong with Fastenal's Chinese fasteners but I choose to support the USA when I can.

good morning,
supposed to make it up to 4 above today. If the sun shines, I might take a blanket out onto the lawn and get a tan.
no kidding, if this cold weather keeps up, I am going to store my cut-offs and switch to long pants.

A balmy 18F here today...feels darn good after a few days at single digits.
Was working bare handed and coatless to set up a broody breaker(SMH)....
....did some shoveling that way too, til the metal shovel handle got to be a bit much.
Another 4" last night and still coming down, they're saying 6-10 total by tomorrow morning.

Today all the bunnies had frozen water so i built a holder for the candle warmer i got for $6 .

Now i need to make 3 more as long as it works. I think it will. It is plugged in and turned on so i will see when i go to close the pop doors soon.

it got up to 5 above today. funny how we are looking forward to the 12 above in a few days.. not much snow accumulated here. maybe a couple of inches. not enough to bother starting the tractor up.
we just sweep the porch&steps with a broom.
