what I find hard to swallow is how a corporation can override a group of doctors' recommendations.
the insurance companies can afford such a payment. If it were a non profit business they would soon find a different type of business..

I have the carburetor on the scooter. have the charger on the battery.
wish me luck, I hope it starts.
If I can get this scooter running, I have another one to work on..
I also have 4 weed whackers that need carb. work done.. but that is for another day..
today is opening for deer hunting. I heard 3 shots while I was outside. Frankie does not like booming noises like gun shots or thunder.. she hung pretty close to me and when I went to the house, she beat me inside.. LOL
some guard dog, eh ?

ETA: I gave the carb a shot of starting fluid and the scooter started up .. then I tried to rev up the engine. something that it wouldn't do before.. it revved up just great..
now I feel confident enough to work on the other scooter.

I have a pain in my shoulder, like muscle spasm. Two days now, i am ready for it to be gone. Heat packs, hot bath, muscle relaxers. Still painful. I missed the swap today, not going to do all that lifting.
Good news, one of my Lionhead does finally had babies! Maybe 3? I didn't want to disturb her.
 
I had pain in my back high almost under the shoulder blade. It came and went, the chiropractor could not crack it. this went on for weeks.. finally one day it came in waves, turned out to be a near fatal heart attack ..
the earlier pains must have been warnings.
just saying...

Hubby took me to the ER. Spent a couple hours , got xrays. The doc thought it might be bursitis. Sent me home with a sling and a prescription for Motrin i can't fill until tomorrow. Another sunny day wasted.
