I Know, Right!!?? :drool

There, That's Done!
Driveway is clear, 97% of slushyshit was picked up and thrown off....
...and ice chipped off the apron in front of garage.
Still got a lot of other clean up to do before the next snow-rain-snow event next weekend,
but at least I can get out of here, running kinda low on food stuffs.
I am going shopping today too. Who knows what I might come home with?

when I go shopping, I already know what I am going to buy. I do not enjoy browsing through stores..
the Packers played true to form. I quit watching with 5 minutes left in the first half.
Aart, I'm glad you got your snow moved.
you must have an awesome snow thrower.
I once had a Gravely walk behind. that thing would throw snow over the telephone lines.

All I bought was food.

Same here.

Thought about you during the game, they sure got spanked in the first half.
They rallied fairly well in the second, but it wasn't enough.

It doesn't throw slush, but can go thru some pretty rough stuff.
Was really glad that slush stiffened up just enough to get it up and out.

I got a hold of these cedar posts someone at work had was selling them for a dollar apiece. Even though they're not dried out yet I couldn't turn a deal like that down especially as I am slowly expanding fencing for the next quite a while. I'm probably going to have my chicken going before I get any more fencing up that I will need these posts for. Seeing as I am somewhat tight on cash since I just moved along with life just being plain expensive I was wondering if there's anyway I could use some of them as parts of my new chicken coop. Was wondering if any of you guys had ideas

Maybe you could build their run out of cedar?

I always thought it would be neat to build a small log cabin. something like a play house for the kids, or a rustic chicken coop or garden shed..
a long time ago I started building a scale model of a stick frame house. I cut the floor joists and glued them to a piece of plywood.
that's as far as I got before life got in the way.

My original coop has cedar wood on the outside, if you look way back at the start of the thread.
