Helpful hints for building coops

I have to do this regularly.

Gets old real fast, doesn't it ?
I have to do it a few times a day. sometimes it will last for hours, sometimes not.

Dr prescribed muscle relaxer pills for me. I took one at bed time. I slept until 5AM without any pain and did not wake up even once.
That is good.
All of the green buds on the apple and cherry trees have turned black. I think the frost got them.
That is not good.
Maybe they will rally and send out new buds ? If not, there are five dead trees. Wait and see, I guess.

Not likely to reflower, but leaves may be fine so tree not dead.

Thinking about getting a battery powered chain saw, hopefully with the same battery that fits my trimmer.

We have a DeWalt trimmer and chain saw that take the same battery. Really like their line of tools. DH says he can work for an hour and a half with the chain saw with two batteries.

Well, that is NOT 1.5 hours running it continuously. Cut a bit, stack, cut some more, stack, etc.

I can get a LOT of area string trimmed with two batteries to use too.

How heavy a whacking job will it handle?

We've got an area with a lot of root sprouts from scrub oaks we cut down.
