Helping decide on chicken breeds?

I want to get more chickens to add to my flock. I was wanting to get some colorful chickens but not sure what breeds. Right now i have two production reds, a chocolate EE, a mutt bantam, an orpington, a brown leghorn, and a game cross. I wanted a cold hardy chicken that is friendly and a somewhat reliable layer. Any suggestions are welcome.

It would be helpful to know your location/climate and what type of facilities you have

We live in Alaska and it gets up to -37 but the chickies are staying in a nice warm coop during the winter.
