Helping duck hatch?

So I’m need to hatching eggs and the first ones that I hatched didn’t need any assistance at all. But on Wednesday evening I noticed an internal pip in one of my eggs, and all day yesterday it was making its way into the air sac. I could hear it peeping and pecking but this morning There’s still no external pip? I can hear the pecking on the shell and what looks to be raised cracks on the inside but nothing on the outside and I’m wondering what you guys think?
