You could also pick her up & put her on your knee or a way to help her be able to get treats without having to be pushed out of the way! I have to do that sometimes for my little Roo, Abner View attachment 2279740

When chicks are tiny one scrambled egg feeds half a dozen of them. When they are older I usually stretch it by cracking an egg over wet feed (or over less healthy stuff like cooked rice or uncooked oatmeal as a bedtime treat).

But for this little runt maybe scramble up an egg and put it in a small dish, if she doesn't finish it you can refrigerate it and feed the rest later. Though if you are just giving it to her be discrete about it! If the other birds see it they will go crazy.

Also sunflower seeds are great protein, meal worms (live or freeze dried) crickets & grasshoppers! I buy my crickets wheni do, I go hunting for grasshoppers in the night, you could also feed earthworms!

Do raw oats and oatmeal have the same effect? I don't think they like oatmeal, only raw chopped oats.

I think the main difference is that cooked is slightly more digestible and also gives them water.
