What breed are these two roosters

the bird with the black collar and tail is a Light Sussex--white legs and straight comb. Is the other bird a rooster? I can't tell from the pic. Do you know how old it is? Most common white breed with red earlobes, straight comb and yellow legs is the white Rock.

Yes its a rooster the old owner told me their 2 to 3months old.but im not 100% about that answer
