I haven't had a chance to even see hemp bedding yet. Doesn't seem readily available in my area. I've been using flax bedding for my horse and now I've put a bunch in my coop. I really love the flax bedding, but it seems mice are crazy for it. My barn had become overrun with mice since I started using it.

try and find something to get rid of them or deterrent them. You could also change the bedding but if it's so good I wouldnt change it maybe trick the mice into going somewhere else and have the mice there own area idk
