Hello,
My 6 month old Australorp hen seems to have a little eye/eyelid concern on her right eye. Her left side is normal. Her sisters eyes are also normal. She doesn’t have any health issues or parasites. I can’t see anything abnormal in her eye. I attached some pictures. I’d appreciate your help.

I attached a few more pictures I took tonight.

You could try flushing her eye with warm saline to begin with until someone who knows more can give you advice. A foreign object might have become lodged in her eye that you haven't been able to find. I'm not sure droopiness would be the result, but that's where I would start.

The other thing I can think of is that a foreign object that has since become dislodged could have scratched her eye and its feeling a bit sore.

Can you gather her up and get a better photo?
Hard to tell, but does she have pus in her eye?

I agree, flushing with saline may be all that's needed if she's got something in it.
Do you notice any other symptoms?

I attached a few more pictures. She’s eating and drinking normally. Her poops are also normal.

Can you look inside her beak for any lesions or canker and inside her ear for signs of infection?

Hard to tell the cause of that, but I would flush the eye with saline, try to press out any pus and apply an eye ointment like Terramycin 2-3 times a day.

She may have gotten something in her eye, injured or this may be a symptom of respiratory infection.
Keep us posted.
