The coop is being flooded by rising water. Mom got down w 7 babies... But I didn't know if it's because she knew the water was rising... I brought her and babies in an got the other eggs... One egg is chirping but she won't sit on them... What should I do?!? Never done this before

Oh no! If she won't sit on them, you should attempt to mimic what mama hen would do. If you don't have a bator, you could try this, I read a different thread once where someone had to do this:
Wrap them in a towel in a bowl, put some wet sponges in there, put plastic wrap over it, and put a heat lamp over that. The plastic wrap will help build humidity, the lamp keeps them warm (obviously). If they're chirping, it's probably around day 20. Chicks can still die very easily at this stage, so get them warm fast.
I've never tried that but if I had no bator or broody then that's what I'd try.
Hope it works and they hatch!

Awesome!! Thanks! I'll try that!! The baby that was chirping hatched!! Yippee!!! It looks really weak but I put it with momma and she's sitting on him :) Thank you!!! Thank you!!!
