Oh, poor girl! Could be from an ingrown feather or pecking. I would definitely use some antibiotic ointment on it and if it's full of pus, you may need to squeeze it out of there. If there is an ingrown feather in there, you will need to dig it out. Good luck with her and welcome to our community!
