Hen acting odd, empty crop almost always. Not Urgent / Need Feedback

I usually mix them about 50/50.
They're both the beaver brand crumble and 6-grain scratch.
They also have a vitamin supplement I put into their water.
Scratch is supposed to be a treat, for once or twice a week, a pinch per bird. It's not good for them.
Standard 16% layer is the bare minimum of nutrition a bird can eat and still lay and survive, watering it down with non nutritional scratch further takes away nutrition.
She's likely malnourished, a chicken will eat until their nutritional needs are fulfilled and since it's not, she's gorging her self and not getting anything .
Cut out the scratch completely and get a higher quality feed that's atleast 18% protein

Look inside her mouth, she could have sores or an obstruction of some kind, making it hard to swallow. I had a hen that wanted to eat, "seemed" to be eating, that was getting thinner, but it turned out she had a tumor in the back of her throat, making it very hard to actually swallow what she was picking up.
It’s dark out now so I can’t at the moment. I’ll make sure to take a peek tomorrow.

I’ll stop by my local feed shop and see what they have to offer.
What do you use?
I may have to order some online since I’m in a small area.

I have around 11 bantams, the oldest being 9 years old and only these Porcelain Duccles have had health problems over the years. I’m still definitely suspicious of a parasite.
But I do agree that the feed is probably not ideal and I definitely want better for my birds.

(EDIT: I just ordered New Country Organics’s feed.)

Great, What's the protein of the feed?
Many organic feeds are lackluster in nutrition due to sourcing issues

I went to check on her this morning. She was puffed up and sitting in the corner.

She looks worse but the meds and new food won’t be here for days. I also will be gone overnight.
She won’t eat anything now, she’ll try but lose interest.

Update:
She still talks to me, and still wants to snuggle up in my lap like usual given the opportunity.

But, she still refuses to eat anything. I truly tried my best to make everything as appetizing and easy to eat as possible. Made her scrambled eggs and even pulled out her favorite treats just to see if she would budge. Nope.
Her poop is just all runny. I notice she refuses to eat but chugs water all day.

She’s getting really thin, I’m worried about her. I can feel her sternum really well.

The new food came today, gave all of my chickens some. Artemis didn’t have any, no appetite. The dewormer will be here tomorrow, I hope that will do something.

Any tips in the meantime?
(Her nails in the photo look janky, but she was born like that. Some nails just didn’t ever exist.)
