Hen acting sick- droopy comb-lethargy- green poop.

Can anyone tell me what poop this color means?

I would clean off the poop, make sure she's eating/drinking well and that her crop is emptying overnight.
Any odd behaviors or just the color of poop that concerns you?

She seems to be wasting away. I do see her pecking at the ground but her crop is never full. Also her comb is hanging down today and she doesn't look so good at all.

What do you feed?

You may want to bring her aside and offer food/water to see if she will eat.
Look her over for lice/mites. Check the crop first thing in the morning that it's empty, smell her breath to see if there's an odor.
It can be very hard to know what's going on sometimes.

Thank you. I gave her food and she ate a good amount. Still acting a bit sick but I guess if she has an appetite that's a good sign.
