Hen acting unbalanced and doing strange thing with her head.

Can someone please tell me what's wrong with this hen? It just started a couple of days ago. I just wormed them 2 days ago. None of the others are acting strange. She's a 2yr old Easter Egger. Let me know if the link doesn't work.

I saw the video yes the link worked. it does seem strange? maybe someone will know for certain but do you think maybe a inner ear thing? I saw her scratching at what looked to be her ear? just a guess. she seems to be slightly off balance with the weird thing she's doing with her head.maybe check her ears.or could be a vitamin deficiency. I'd check both.
