Hen adopting chicks

I have a silkie who is due to hatch 6 eggs in half a week but I also have chicks coming in 2 and a half weeks can I switch out the chicks when they get here?

I am selling those to someone else and want her to raise the others for me to save time and to give them as much of a chance as possible to be broody there is 15 or 16 coming I know she can cover them she is a champ I’m just wondering if introducing new ones that late is dangerous?

Thats a big time gap. She might decide they aint hers it won't end well for the chicks
