Hen always has an empty crop

I wonder if my Nugget has the same thing. She’s around 3 yrs old, been pretty healthy except for a few lash eggs, and even looks healthy now except she’s hardly eating, I can feel her keel bone and she’s pooping what’s in the pic. Any ideas would be helpful. I dewormed, treated for Cocci just in case and gave some antibiotics because, why not. She’s also been going into the nest box and nothing, she puts pieces of hay over her back like she just did. I suspect internal layer, she’s a real looker and her personality is just as fitting.
